For this reason, Weebit\u2019s crossbar arrays were developed using a 1S1R (one selector one resistor) architecture that enables the high density needed for discrete chips. Such an architecture also allows Weebit\u2019s arrays to be stacked in 3D layers so they can deliver even higher densities.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6844 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weebit-nano.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/220124-1024x476.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.weebit-nano.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/220124-1024x476.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.weebit-nano.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/220124-300x139.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.weebit-nano.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/220124-768x357.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.weebit-nano.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/220124.jpg 1121w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Weebit\u2019s 1S1R crossbar ReRAM architecture has potential applications in storage class memory, persistent memory and as a NOR flash replacement.
