License continues the proliferation

HOD HASHARON, Israel \u2013 January 1, 2025 \u2013<\/strong> Weebit Nano Limited<\/a> (ASX:WBT<\/strong>) (Weebit or Company), a leading developer and licensor of advanced memory technologies for the global semiconductor industry, <\/strong>has licensed its resistive random access memory (ReRAM<\/a> or RRAM<\/a>) technology<\/a> to tier-1 semiconductor supplier, onsemi<\/a> (Nasdaq:ON).<\/p>\n

Under the terms of the agreement, Weebit ReRAM IP will be integrated into onsemi\u2019s Treo platform, to provide embedded non-volatile memory<\/a> (NVM). Weebit ReRAM integration into a Bipolar CMOS<\/a>, DMOS (BCD<\/a>) process provides a low-power, cost-effective NVM that has proven excellent retention at high temperatures.<\/p>\n
